A small team, doing it right.
Kurtz Cleaning has served Sioux Falls and the surrounding area since 2018. We’re small on purpose — small enough that the same cleaner shows up every visit, that Amanda answers her own phone, and that nothing gets lost between a dispatcher and your front door.
The work is residential first — homes, condos, townhouses. We also take a limited amount of commercial work for offices, studios, and common areas, quoted individually.

Good questions.
Do I need to be home during a clean?
Not at all. Most clients give us a code or a hide-a-key and run their day. We text when we arrive and when we wrap.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — full kit, including microfiber, vacuum, mop, and standard products. Prefer eco-friendly only? Just say so on the quote form.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it, free. We'd rather make it right than make excuses.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured and bonded. Happy to share certificates on request.
Do you have pets-of-your-own friendly cleaners?
Yep. Amanda's a dog person. Just let us know names and any quirks on the quote form.
